Those thoughts are asinine, far from the truth, and furthermore, they are preventing you from tapping into your best potential because they are taking up space in your mind that does not give way to creative thought.
When your mind gives way to negative thoughts and feelings, that’s just your mind playing tricks on you. It can lead you down a rabbit hole of feeling alone and often time like you’re the only one with these negative thoughts and feelings. You are not alone! Everyone on earth, even successful people have feelings of doubt, fear, and inferiority. If you are not careful, if you allow yourself to believe those thoughts, you might start to seclude yourself, and have further thoughts that you are alone in those feelings, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
Having a positive outlook begins with you. Feel empowered to be your biggest cheerleader and biggest fan. Having support from your family, friends, co-workers, and associates is valuable, but how you feel about yourself, comes from deep within. Though you may receive validations from others, you must believe them for yourself. Tell yourself that you are great, that you can have it all, that it can be yours, and most importantly, believe it.
